What a fun night at the Lowell. We had our annual Literacy Night and it went off with a bang. We had a famous author, Norah Dooley, come tell us stories. Before that we had stations of various fun literacy activities like ghost story reading, high school students reading us their favorite childhood books, a photo booth, and celebrity readers. Special thanks to Ms. Steim, Ms. Walsh, Ms. Delande, Ms. Hudon, Mr. MacLellan, Ms. Altobello, Mr. MacLeod, Ms. Bailey, Ms. Peck, Ms. Sudbay, Ms. Driscoll, Ms. Grimaldi, Mr. Kelly, Ms. Cochrane, Ms. Walker, Mr. Fiandaca, Ms. Carlson,Ms. Donahue, Mr. Connors, Ms. Connors, Ms. Regan, Ms. Richardson, Ms. Cox, Ms. Tresca, Ms. Standige, Ms. McCready, and of of course our Ms. Kaplan's. It was a truly fantastic evening.

Special thanks to Watertown Lowell PTO for funding us for Norah Dooley and for running a very successful Book Fair.

Also, a shoutout to Ms. Balzer and Ms. Miller from the School Committee for making it out.

Thanks to all the families that made it out,

Phil Oates
